3235 clone tear down

Cosmetically from the outside looks 1:1 but clearly lacks the same internal mechanism to fully make it a clone movement. Nometheless, I am intrigued to see if it is the same dimension though... ie will the midcase take a gen movement? A clone 3235 would be a revolutionary breakthrough for the first factory to appropriately produce one. This opens up the playing field for daydate builds (3255).

Used a extra set I had in my box. These aren’t correct for this model. Ordered a new hand set that will be correct. Just wanted to everything together and see how it would look. Thanks for the response.

The REF hands wont fit the ETA 2836?

I have the same watch and the 3235 clone sounds like shit and the datechange is the slow.
want to put a 2836 in it like you did.
