My homage to the infamous "The Shadow" - A unique factory blacked-out Rolex Submariner 5513 "MilSub" made in 1975 for the South African Special Forces fighting Soviets and Cubans in Angola.

No one ever saw the actual caseback of one of these, replaced during service(s) most likely...
So I thought one of the operatives could have very well have the Buffalo Battalion's / Battalion 23 (Or also nicknamed "the Terrible Ones") insignia engraved on the caseback.
"Proelio Procusi" means "Forged in Battle" in English.
