I ordered on 2/28 two new BP Explorers.

All went well as always.

Shipped on 3/5 via "Special Airmail"

Tracking never came alive on USPS so I reached out 15 (3/20) days after to Andrew. He reached out to the shipper and stated that an update would be posted on 3/22.

On 3/27, I reached out stating no updates.

On 4/1, I stated that I felt the package was lost.

On 4/8, Andrew offered a new package to be sent. I asked for a refund. He agreed.

On 4/9, he finally sent a new website to track the package UNIMENT. He stated the package had been updated. I checked, the package had cleared customs on 3/30 in Chicago. At some point on 4/7, the tracking updated again to say "Customs Inspection". Tracking made no sense but, I let it.

On 4/13, I asked Andrew for a refund again after seeing that I was not the only one on the Uniment train of packages just getting lost in Chicago. Some members here and reddit are going through the same issue with Uniment. Andrew replied in 4/14 that he'd get an update and email back.

Today, 4/21, still waiting on an update. Just asked once more for a refund.

Uniment clearly is a shipper that will be costing our TD's a lot of money. I do not put any blame on Andrew for this.

Same thing as mine. Was shipped 3-7-24 until not still in Chicago with no updates from tracking.

Andrew always good to deal with, bought two watches from him. Do you think the Trump vs China issue could be adding issues to USA delivery...

I'd say so, the constant up and down has added stress to an already stressed system. To add to that, the constant threat of tariffs has driven up the FOMO and people ordering so many things before tariffs hit to avoid them.

I feel my package was before this whole thing started and just got stuck in Chicago or seized.

I have another package on the way from another TD and it took it 7 days alone to leave China. Not even post CNY it was that bad.

I also think certain shippers are overwhelmed. Seems Speedpak is doing alright still.

For the record, a package from Raffles just got delivered to me, took 12 days.

I think it was that time period was bad due to all the tariff threats.

Some of those 3rd party shippers are horrendous depending on where you are.... I've learned to fear SpeedX....

Same. Mine was delivered by UniUni. I wonder if Andrew would have better luck with USPS? This is a bummer situation man. I'm sorry.

I'll be in ATL in July and bring you some watches
