2813 broken?

Hello

I've bought a Tag Carrera with 2813 movement from Wu. I was never informed on how should i set the hours, but I've also fallen with it.

Now i wind it and seconds hand doesn't move.
What can i do to ensure if the mechanism is OK or not? Should i place time at 6:30 and wind it?

I'm from Portugal. Where can i buy a good 2813 movement on the internet, cheap and with shipment to Portugal?

Just get it swapped at a local watchmaker, those movements are cheap.
