$25 Megir Chinese Pam homage selling for $700, 'From Switzerland'

Here is a twist. A $25 Megir Chinese Pam clone selling for $700. Not advertised directly as Swiss. But it shows up as 'From Switzerland' in an ebay search. And the text of the auction states "THIS ITEM IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN SWITZERLAND", "ALL ITEM WILL BE SOLD "AS SEEN", no returns allowed. So while they don't seem to be breaking any rules, this is a sleazy auction, from a Swiss seller who also has sold higher priced original(? ) artworks.
