Angus updated on RG that Doris was in charge of shipping the watches out on the 18th (not sure about before that) but that he was chasing her up for the tracking numbers. It's not normally her job to deal with those so there might be some confusion. I wouldn't get up in arms about it yet. It might appear on your doorstep before you get tracking details.
Thanks for the heads up Bonesey. I read the thread and I may get lucky...
Also, I saw that Angus explained how the bezel markers are attached. Looks like ColdI was right and Angus' web site is wrong. The markers are not attached by screws as Angus originally stated. They are pressed in and the slot on the back side of the markers is there so that you can rotate the markers.
This means that you should be able to spin the markers. The only problem will be how tight they pressed them in. Usually a press fit will have a slight taper - wider at the top slightly narrower at the bottom. This would make it easier to spin the marker from the bottom as the harder you pushed the more you would be pushing away from the taper. This also makes it harder to spin the marker from the top as the harder you pushed down to spin the marker, the more you would be seating the marker into the taper.
They are reps, so who knows how it will be until we get them in our hands. No doubt the best way would be to remove the bezel and use the slots on the back side to turn the marker, then push the marker down from the top to seat it tightly were it belongs.
If the markers were not pressed to tightly, you may be able to do it from the top. I have to believe, though, they will all probably be a little different. I certainly will try from the top first, unless the bezel is real easy to remove. Got to wait to find out...
