Lucy is good but takes a long time, it’s just her no team ect, I don’t recomendé her for first time buyers, she’s got me watches that no one else could source, it took 4 months- I’m patient.

I just thing there's something wrong with a TD if they are super responsive and send a lot of info UNTIL payment goes through. And then they go AWOL.

I know I'll eventually get my watch (hopefully), but trust requires people keeping their word. I kept my word and made payment asap. She hasn't answered to any of my texts and has gone AWOL.

They cannot keep talking to you as they have many customers who are waiting for their QC and other issues. This isnt a big company with many people working on customer support. Just remember this is illegal and has prison time if caught. Remember drug dealers they cannot answer all questions that you may have. Once you pay they make the order and wait just like you will. They focus on the new sales and new customer questions. Again you must be patient with this hobby. I just had a watch from a different TD came dead on arrival and finally after 3 months finally my watch is back from the factory with a fix. Did I email every week NO, I just have 2 emails for status update from them and had to wait patiently. Be patient. Plus when they have cops doing raids they must calm down. Again tell yourself this is illegal in most places and these wonderful people risk prison time for you not being able to buy a Genuine Watch from a Dealer. And remember if you want a Rolex from a dealer you would wait 2-5 years to be called to buy one and pay $13-18k for it. So 2-6months is a great deal. And dont open multiple accounts that doesnt look good on you.

what i imagine happens is: TD gets the money and, in best breaking bad stylee goes on a hooker, blo and lap dancing bender, then they sober up and ship the watch.

I have bought more than 100 watches from Lucy. She is slow because she works hard to find me the best watch. Her effort is the best of all the TD's. I never recommend Lucy to new members because they think buying an illegal counterfeit watch is the same as buying from Amazon. You will also notice her customers are long-term RWI members. Lucy does not work on weekends. If you want fast send your order to the big guys.

I purchased my second watch from Lucy back in June and understand both sides of the aisle here. I remember my first watch took a long time, but I didn't hound her. Eventually, Lucy told me she sent back the first one she received because it didn't pass her inspection. The watch I eventually got looks incredible and works flawlessly.

This second time around I asked a specific question and she assured me I would get the watch before a certain date. If she had said she couldn't, I would have likely ordered from another TD that could. That date has come and gone and no QC still. Initially, I thought maybe she lied to get the order, but I can't be sure of that. There are many factors out of her control, and it's exhausting to always assume the worst of others.

Overall it's not a deal breaker for me as I value the attention to quality most. I'd hate to receive a watch that's DOA.

Thanks for the replies, it's reassuring. I bought from another TD, (I won't name them because I don't want sound like I'm talking smack about Lucy to promote someone else), but the communication was excellent.

I understand Lucy's lack of resources. Thanks again!

Anyone who has done homework on Lucy before buying from her will know not to panic and post and SOS if you dont hear from her. She is not a scam and will deliver. The process takes weeks to months. Not days.

I guess you missed out on her dedication and QC before sending you the watch. That's her value add and what makes her different.

Lucy told me yesterday the Police Raids have not stopped for months. Usually, the raids go on for a couple of weeks then stop. It is hard to source a watch in the middle of the night when the Police are trying to arrest you.

Ordered 9/29 and was told 3-4 days to source. It's been 12 days but I'm not worried nor am I badgering Lucy with inquiries.

This is normal when the police constantly raid the factories. No TD is going to visit the factory.

I contacted Lucy via the WhatsApp on this forum, messaged her about the watch, discussed details, and made payment via Wise to Lucy yesterday.

She was super responsive all the way through, but after the payment went through, I haven't been able to get in touch with her. My WhatsApp messages aren't even going through for the last 36 hours or so.

Is this normal? First time purchase here, so just making sure this wasn't a scam or something.

Did you ever hear back from Lucy and did you receive your order? If so, how was the quality?

@Gorio didn't you read the whole thread?... The post right above yours CLEARLY states that they have received the watch and pretty happy with it.

It's going to long sledding on here if don't learn to read everything completely.
