i know nothing about the mvmt, but i can personally tell you i have dealt with the dealer on many occasions. his service is absolutely amazing and he is regarded as one of the best dealers on i-offer. i would definitely not worry about him scamming you. the watch you see is what you will get....read his feedback. AGAIN, i dont know about that mvmt so i would ask him about it.

get real about this guy!

bought from him a few times pams, nothing but excellent,
remember he is the only one to carry this watch so he sets his price, if they say this is 7750 than the price is not bad, either, for unitas little too much, because we are members of the forum so we know the price, but he is selling on ioffer and there are many nonmember buyers there

who the hell are you to call me out about this dealer!! i have personally dealt with him many of times and had nothing but excellent service. i am not trying to promote this guy, but only to speak my personal experiences with him. isnt that what this forum is about??? yes i would suggest to stick with our trusted dealers, but if a question comes up about a different dealer and i have dealt with him then i will let people know about my experience.

HU how many times have you dealt with him?? ZERO!! how do you know how good or bad this dealer is? stick with what you know my friend...you have never dealt with him so you should say nothing about how bad this dealer is. is it overpriced?? maybe, but if you had experience on that site then you would know its a negotiaiting site...asking price is not the selling price.

again - i call him a scamer. Last summer i was in contact with him, he was telling me nothing but lies, thanks god i decided not to buy from him - cause i found out all the details - and ended buying from honest dealers.
i have checked many of his offers...of course they are on negotiation basis....still

this guy it knowingly giving....false and misleading info....to potential buyers, that do not know better.
WHY ? to get more for his stuff then its worth.

how do i call this ? SCAMER !!

what is this ?? :

this is what he calls it:

Manual winding Swiss ETA Unitas 6497 ( 199$)

those are his own words.

so what is this guy...a liar and a scamer ?

propably i am fucked up and dumb...and he is : an honest, caring dealer with fair prices.

IMO, this is how the gen dial *should have* looked (with the addition of the day/night indicator for the GMT hand, of course). They should have moved the power reserve on the gen to the back of the movement.

The gen dial is too busy. If the PR complication display was on the back of the movement like some of the other new PAMs, this would be my dream gen.

one more thing that shows what a great, honest dealer he is:

his CHOPARD Miglia, same watch that sells for 75 $ from our trusted dealers.

his asking price : 199 $

great honest dealer. you might get 10 - 20 $ off his asking price....as you can read in his negotiations with intrested buyers.

that means the unknowing noob, trusting and hoping for a good watch, pays 180$ for a watch that sells for
75.......and i shall not call him SCAMER ?

have you ever lost your hard earned money to people like that ?
this guy is telling lies on purpose. see it how you want.

hey brother....all i posted was my experiences i had with the guy. you gotta be an asshole and specifically call me out like i did something wrong. if you had different experiences with the guy then post them!!! thats why we are here to try to help other people out to make informed decisions. dont be a dick and call others out and say they are wrong with nothing to back it up. grow up man!! say something positive that might help somebody instead of trying to make somebody else look bad when all i did was post my experience.

i remember.... also some of our dealers sold items on ioffer some time ago... and they had also sold a asian 6497 as a swiss 6497...

on ioffer you has no other possibilities... all asian dealers do this... and he did it also... LYING!!!

but big respect... he has this watch long time before one of our dealers has it... so he should be a big guy on rep market?

@ italiano :

when i wrote get real with this guy, i refered to your post about him :

(his service is absolutely amazing and he is regarded as one of the best dealers on i-offer. i would definitely not worry about him scamming you. the watch you see is what you will get....)

well....to all the noobs that were inpressed by the best dealer on i-offer ( and propably consider about buying from him, cause he will absloutely not scam you....think again !)

i was just so amazed how someone can praise this guy...that offers the crappiest watches at absolute highest prices.....and lies about the movement quality.

so italiano, you would definetly not worry about being scamed ? I would !
and now i want to leave it there!

to Tourby: you are absolutely right...dealers here did the same thing...and were pressured from responsible members that dared to speak up.....who is lying and honest.
in the meantime.....if its an asian movement - you can read...asian movement.
because dealers are being called on it.
and that protects noobs and other members that do not get to extreme into the subject.
what i meant with get real ...... this guy maxxwatch.....a good dealer that doesnt wanna scam you......
UNREAL

liar ( i proved it ! ) and intentionally trying to scam people : REALITY, so, get real !
i have never doubted your good experiences with him or accused you of anything...besides making this guy look like an honorable, good dealer. which is bullshit.

i agree with tourby

on one hand it shows us a "different" movement...first step to do it better
the second is the look i think it looks nice for the price

yes it shows its flaws on the first look cause WE know the gen, but on the other hand do we need a shown gang reserve on dial to find it nice?

i think its better than bad rep, but it has its flaws
and

if we look back, first of all there has been bad reps

and i hope our inovative friendly dealers notice that theres a market to do it better

regards from germany

Replicating this model (and movement) is going to take alot more than just sticking a rotorless A7750 in a watch. Additionally, with the winding problems I've been having lately with the movement (everytime I wind it sounds like it will squeak and break!), I just can't put my confidence in a manual-winding A7750.

There are too many flaws. Not to mention that the P.2002 movement is a little complicated to replicate. I would hope that if they do make a quality rep, it would be later and not sooner.

I could care less about the PR and the day/night indicator, but I would like to see the "reset seconds @ zero" feature of the P.2002 rep'd!
