23 DEC 2021 - Announcement on Shipment Delays to EU countries

I regret to inform that several shipments to some EU countries during this period may experience longer shipping delays due to the year end holiday season, and other possible factors.

We will get your packages shipped, and you will receive them, but shipment delays are beyond our control, especially with the current situation worldwide.


Royal Mail website has an update on some countries that may be affected, which not only includes UK Trans shipments, but also international shipments from China to the affected countries.

Please note that some of the countries currently affected (not limited to and not permanently) are

1. Italy (serious IT problems in Italian customs, affecting all international shipments)
2. Austria (Backlog due to large amount of packages)
3. Spain (technical issue with Spanish Customs)

Please note that this applies to mainly postal services and forwarding services. Express shipments are still unsafe for many countries due to strict custom issues, especially for the EU.

We hope that the situation gets better soon, so that packages can reach you soon. I seek your understanding for those whose packages are currently affected because of this.
