Looking at Santos 35mm models, my take for now:
1/Bracelet:
BVF has the best bracelet, screws are to scale and flush with the bracelet, the bracelet fits tightly with the case. V6F screws are flush but too large. GF has the worst bracelet, screws are too large and too recessed. From the pictures the BVF leather strap looks better than the GF.
2/Bezel screws:
BVF bezel screws seem to have the wrong shape (sort of flat on the top and a chamfered side). V6F and GF seem to be more accurately shaped (not flat). The screws on the GF are more recessed and V6F maybe too flush, I feel like the gen is kind of in between.
3/Printing:
On the V6F the letters on the Cartier printing are so close they are touching, not very accurate. Printing on the GF overall seems to be sharper and therefore closer to gen.
There are other differences but I would say these matter the most to me.
That makes it hard for me to make a choice here. I guess the best would be the GF with BVF bracelet, but that doesn't make much sense financially.
The BVF would probably make a fine watch if there is a way to change the bezel screws (printing would still be too thick, but we can't have it all). Is it possible to order bezel screws from the TDs? And would they even fit?
Edit: I'm a basing my opinion on pictures from PureTime and pictures of gens found on Google, so not super reliable. Please point it out if I got something wrong.
Also with BVF I refer to the V2 which has a better bracelet than V1.
I've compared the GF bracelet to gen bracelet and they are almos identical. BVF (V1), not so much.
