Hold on. $500 for a watch that's been out for 6 years, has no complications, in a market flooded with DSSD reps going for about half the price?
Price hikes are getting out of control. multi-forum wide boycott on all rep purchases may be in order, or the only way to get the makers back to reality.

New Noob triangle and pearl seems to be improved but still white paint on bezel?. Not sure about the triangle. I still want to see some QC pics. DWO and hour markers are new. Dial fonts too but they look pretty wrong to me. We need more data! 
This price should include gen eta and proper waterproofing.Its a shame that you have to take out this particular watch before swimming.This is the biggest tell and not the details that nobody regular person can distinguish.

BTW, 448$ was Puretime price for a Swiss ETA BP last month. This increase is crazy. There isn't too much improvement that we can see so far.
If new bezel available as replacement, I'm getting one for sure but number "4" is wrong.

The list of must-have-them-but-never-at-this-price is growing, tick, tick, tick.... Noob V3, Blancpain FF, PAM 382 Bronzo, new DSSD - wau with shipping via UK saved $2.100 already - it compensates after all - just waiting for the Tudor Blackbay V2 in blue rumoured at the same fivehundrish levels ....................... .......and I´m in for the 2014 used gen Tudor Heritage BB mint condition with box and papers for $2.700 will save another $800 from an APROO and its the Tudor Heritage Chrono blue this summer instead. At +- $300 each of the above my money would have flown already.....

I still need to see some QC pics but so far this what I think;
Bezel + platinum mod is better than BP. Triangle is better but number 4 is wrong.
BP case looks better. This new Noob CG didn't quite catch my eye.
Hour markers are quite good in both, BP and new Noob. New lume is not a big deal because I'd relume with BGW9 anyway.
Dial fonts are better now in BP. If I purchased new Noob, I'd install previous version dial with the new marker set.
Not clear if the back is titanium or what.
DWO is more or less ok in both. I need more pics.

Been thinking exactly the same. When you summerize the coats it's not a fun result. Really makes you think.
I agree with most previous speakers, 488$ is too much.

I've flipped Ryan an email re. Availability on his part. Once he reverts back I will likely out my order in. I think the price is nuts but I don't think I can hold back. This version looks pretty damn good.
Key things that I will look out for in qc (and won't settle for at this price point) are SEL fitment, rehault alignment and a properly square open and closed flip lock on clasp. Dial, bezel and he valve are totally acceptable in my eyes (as long as they align with Puretime sales photos of course).

I'm satisfied with what the factory has done with the pearl. Depending on how good or how bad the white font treatment is, I may just go gen bezel anyway (assuming it's gen construction). Either way gen bezel should be doable.

Well, since I badly scratched my Noob 6.1, I could consider buying this one but definitely not with A3135.
