Wading thru here trying to figure out what my old RSH modded 16610's guts are. Movements are NOT my strong suit. History of the watch: bought it MTM in '12 and it was stated because seller did not open case but he said it was sold as Swiss. I have been wearing it near daily all this time and no issues whatsoever....was serviced prior to me buying it and I have never touched it since, other than to open the case back today out of sheer curiosity. I take awful pics and can't do macros at all but here they are:
From what I have tried to glean here it might have a shot at being gen 2836-2 ? Some things look gen (to me) like the dull sheen on the gear wheels, the rotor engravings look ok to me, the eta logo seems well stamped...the jewel mounting indentations and regulation stamping could go either way? Again I am trying to learn, appreciate any and all who want to chime in. @Raddave ?
Thanks for any input!
