Hey all! New here but have done pretty good research on reddit. Heard about Jtime and them being the best followed by the terrible news. Anyone know how I can at least start the process with them before they reopen?

You can still contact them to place an order, but you'll probably won't have a quick response before the CNY end, but it doesn't cost to send the email already, however I would send a follow up email after the 9th of February (date of Jtime reopening) just to make sure you email did not get buried into the pile

Update 21st Jan: Just received both watches today. Jtime was very helpful and prompt with delivery despite his unexpected downturn. Would purchase again!
