Today I have something very special for sale - DayDate 40 with Blue Ombre dial wrapped in 18K white gold.
The watch is just perfect from every aspect, but let me list here all the benefits:
1) dial color - KF dial is spon on and the same color, sunburst as gen. I had THB and it's way too light, and tone is wrong.
2) movement - VR3255 supersmooth winding and keeps perfect time
3) weight - 192g without extra links! This is better than everything else available on the market (THB will be 205 with a lot of extra links, so when you remove them all it will be around 187g or so)
4) additional 18K white gold wrapping - the color and shine is perfect, night and day comparing to THB (that is claimed to be plated from factory)
5) Xing bezel and Deep crystal - some important details to make the whole creation perfect
6) Rehaut and case engravings - KF is the best here really - very clean and super visible engravings from any angle
7) Bracelet and clasp - perfect locking clasp, bracelet refinished before plating
I really love this watch and have built it only recently but I have another one with meteorite dial and diamond markers, so I decided to keep only one.
