Had the same problem, the movement holders are to short! So when you pull the crown out, the movement slips in the same direction. And the crown will touch the CG before fully pulled out. Only option was finding some new and longer movementholders. Since then everything is fine!


How do i go about getting these? Who can i send it out to?

Don't know, I let it doing by my watchmaker as I serviced my watch!

You can also put a double set of movement holders, this will also secure the movement ;)

Don't mean to thread jack, but I just received my 177m but right off the bat it won't wind up. Does anyone know a local dealer in LA? I wish the watch repair section had a list of reliable watch repair services in the US.

Had the same problem... so I had it overhauled by my guy... he's good and old school for only charging me $65 overhauled & pressure tested.
