No problem mate, happy to help. The strap looks cool, is the buckle titanium also?

Yes it is - unfortunately it has sharp edges which have chewed off 3/4" of the covering on one of the sides :-(

BUT check out my new OEM Panerai Strap Antique Brown - although this would probably look better on SS still looks great here!

[EDIT] would open a new thread for this...think here it is the wrong one...

Hey guys, generall strap question on that point: why there are such similar looking straps on the market / forum for that you have to pay twice or more times like others??
Are the more expensive straps THAT better like these mentioned from cb straps or panatime or Bronzy just for example?

I don´t guess that very fancy straps or so... just the "normal" things like handmade vintage leather straps.
Example: Mario Paci http://www.mariopaci.com/product/MP_DECIMA

Ok there are very nice buckles or I don´t know what else like very very durable and soft leather but sometimes there are common straps for 100 USD (or) more compared to the also nice and very affordable ones ???

Sorry in advance, I don´t like to bash someones straps/ work, just asking (me) for what I have to pay that more money :)

You can buy a nice Chinese machine made strap for $30, sure. To turn out a quality handmade strap, so many things have to be taken into consideration. A good strap maker uses fine leather, fine tools for quality cuts and build, and has an artisans touch. A few $30 straps are cool to have in rotation, but a high end, handmade strap is like nothing else. I implore you to have at least one in your collection. Nothing takes a high end watch to the next level like the right strap.

As far as the 177 go's I've owned one and made many straps for them. Dark brown seems to hold interest the longest.

I have some beautiful cioccolato hide in stock that would look great against the Ti case.
