16610LV aftermarket insert

Quite a high quality insert imo - the luminous pearl is excellent, as is the pearl-surround. Snaps into place perfectly for a “snug” gen-like fit on both gen and TC bezel rings.

Definitely the best aftermarket 5 digit insert I’ve come across

Not suitable - these are aluminum inserts for 5 digit references. The 126610 inserts are ceramic

thanks for your reply, i realised they were different materials, just wasn't sure if they could be swappedover as they look awesome

While I’m not 100% sure, the tolerances and bezel height are most probably different.

Blue Ceramic inserts do exist though - pretty sure one of the factories makes them (CF 126619LB if I’m not mistaken).

Aka the “Cookie Monster”

Absolutely love the “shark” blue look though

I got a blue one last week, and I can confirm, the quality is amazing

thanks again for that, i’ve just donated a cookie monster to my nephew, also have a smurf so have enough blue i was hoping for the matt green kermit look, seen some on ebay but as you say not sure about the tolerances/sizes

Hey, a friend of mine just told me that inTime just listed the ARF 16610LN and 16610LV with and without rehaut engraving as "new releases". 16610LN no rehaut 16610LN with rehaut 16610LV no rehaut 16610LV with rehaut The movement listed is the SH3135 - but I think it could even be a VR3135...

Today I have swap the PIP of Horlogear pointed 4 insert with a Gen PIP, it’s plug and play . Will install this on my Franken Kermit soon, just waiting my Gen Crystal !

I ordered the hologear insert. Was planning on putting it on a 16610...but.

Playing around, I put it on a Ginault Ocean Rover. It's a sand lume dial, so the
Pip isn't matching, but I kinda like it in a weird way.

Snaps in perfectly.
