I can pm you if you're really interested, but it's more pricey than BK.

Every now and then rsh will put one up. I personally think his would end up being more accurate as he deals with less volume and has the time to do certain mods BK can't.

The $48 noob is 16610, which is probably why it's going for $48.

You will find that the larger "dot" fatter hands are easier to read and the glide-lok can't be beat

You MUST have both.
No collection is complete without both of them, and although being the same "watch" they are too much different on the wrist.
The Ceramic is way more comfortable to wear tho, due to the GlideLock features and its shape. It wears way more "smoothly" on the wrist, you would be amazed.

Get both, you won´t regret that. ever...

Cheers,
Spirit.

don´t take gen pics for comparism mate......

You want me to post someone else's rep pics instead? If I made a true comparison, then they'd be of both when I actually had them. I said they were for reference's sake...

 Btw mate, he didn't take GEN pics for comparism, he took them for comparison..... And it was used to show the contrasting style differences between the two watches. Besides Jack Sparrow what you got against gens anyway, they are the best point of reference when comparing reps.... Now somebody get my ship over here cause im out.....:pirates: Ohhhh, you forgot your hat.....:asshat:

Personally, I think Rolex was dumb as rocks to discontinue the 16610. The basic sub has been more or less the same for a long, long time. Yes, they added crown guards, yes they've tweaked it over the years. However the 116610 Sub-C is not even close to the same size/profile. To me, it's a whole different watch.

Look how long Rolex kept the GMT Master around, even after they had the GMT-II (I'm talking pre-ceramic). And this was just because the movements were different. I think Rolex will alienate a HUGE portion of their customer base. Clue: most of these older traditionalists are the ones with bank...who buy Rolexes! I just don't see the logic.

Notice how adidas still sells the Samba, Copa Mundial and Rod Levers, relatively unchanged, even though they have plenty of new models too? Yeah, pay attention Rolex.

Rant off.

Get the 16610. You'll have years to get the perfect Sub-C.

Lol, just checked out my last post and it looks like the font color changed on me in the middle of a sentence. Can't seem to figure out how to change it back.
Fixed it for you mate :)

BTW, I ordered a MBW 16610 from Reg. Hopefully I get it in a few weeks. I'm so excited!

I also ordered a 16610 from Reg, but what is the MBW? I ordered a noob. Is the MBW better?

Thanks!

It's kind of a misnomer, but I also read 2 of the MBW guys are making watches in Thailand again. All I can tell you to do is search on google for Maria's Best Watch. It took me a couple hours to find a good thread explaining it and the ways to ID them, and I wish I saved it.
