16610 bracelets

Does anyone know where to get a good quality bracelet for the 16610?

Purchased a 5 digit lv which came with a raffles dial bracelet and its pretty horrible and of course, given price, feels very cheap. Looking for alternatives given the raffles is 'economy'. Searched and found history for people fitting Yuki bracelets but I can't seem to find them anywhere.

Had a variation of bracelets over the years of different quality but always found soaking them in oil for 24 hours seems to work well
I’ve used baby oil or I found wd40 was good

(Oh yeah, tons of engravings over it. Notice that the Rolex stuff like the coronet on the clasp is blurred out, but rest assured it exists on the actual item.)

Raf/arf is the best 93250 you can find around.
Note that a 6 digits like ARF 97200 should also fit if you don’t care about « period correct ». It’s way better too (feel&quality)

Hi there, I can confirm the 97200 rep VS bracelet fits perfeclty a 16610 raf case. I just installed it without problem, and feels much better quality than the 93250 raf bracelet.

The Italian bracelets have endlinks that wouldn’t be correct for for a non-lughole sub…

The absolute best one made that will feel better than any 5 digit but LOOK CORRECT is the Ginault bracelet.

Feels like a 6 digit, looks like a 5 (and it’s made so well it’s astonishing.)

PS: the one you have doesn’t feel “cheap” it feels “correct” because the older bracelets had hollow mid links (folder/stamped) and clasps.

The newer ones have milled/solid midlinks and clasps. More material, solid construction. That’s why the Ginault is the best: looks old, feels new.

Best of both worlds. (And I had a rep 116660 clasp on most of my 5 digit/Ginault setups for look and adjustment)

If they are waaaaay better than raffle, yuki or cartel bracelet when it comes to folded endlinks bracelet i think that ARF/RAF bracelet (depending on your batch :/ ) are better for a 16610 build. Especially the clasp. And they cost nearly 3 times less.

have you purchased any stainless steel bands on there? curious because i have a few cheapo submariner fakes from DHgate and in all honesty the cases aren't terrible but the stainless steel bracelets are absolutely TERRIBLE

Yes I have. The bracelet I linked with E06 Engraved on the clasp is really sturdy and of fantastic quality. It's from ARF/RAF. It's just a shame that they are so darn expensive. Worth it though, to me.

I might test them out, I checked C time and theirs are about $10-$20 more expensive (if I'm looking at the same bands I'm still new to all of this stuff lol)

Yup, it’s amazing. I used a 116660 clasp on all of them
