As Trip said you have to file down the pusher stem (once they are perfectly installed as you won‘t be able to remove and re install them. Moreover, these are p302 pushers as stated above and are technically speaking wrong for this build. Try to get p402 instead which would be correct. Last but not least get gen hands and convert the movement with the few bits necessary to install gen hands! Mine says hello:

thanks for your post ! Beautiful watch!

My build is starting to be frustrating, I'll try to install the movement without the pushers to see if the problem is elsewhere.
Could it be that the movement EBEL 134 (el primero 400) has different dimension ?

Thanks

So I have tried without the pusher stem and the movement still doesn't fit the case...

As anyone experienced that before ? Does the case have to reworked ?

Would it be that the movement have to be thinned to remove the calendar part?

As River said you most probably have the calender complication still installed which must be removed! Otherwise the case is off a bit which is not uncommon with those VN cases unfortunately..

Wow that first case was bad! Mix of 16520 middle case, 6265 style bezel and 6263/5 mk3 pushers. Whoa, fantasy!

So I have ordered some P402 pushers as the one on the vietcase where P302 however I'm having a hard time removing the pushers tubes from the case.
Any special tool is required ?

Ideally, I think you want to use something like this: https://www.esslinger.com/bergeon-5901-p03-chronograph-watch-tube-tool-3-33mm/

I don't have any first hand experience with that tool, but I saw that misiekped suggested it would work to remove P302 pushers in this thread over on RWG: https://rwg.cc/topic/177725-phong-daytona-case-help-chrono-pushers/

Has this build already come to an end? Have you been able to fit the movement into the case?

I wish... But I see the light at the end of the tunnel.

The movement is now fitting the case after having trimmed the pushers stem as suggested by you guys :) It needs a service, but this will happen in august/september - then the unnecessary parts will be removed.

Meantime, I had purchased P402 pushers but they don't fit the viet case so I had to reinstalled the P302 pushers that came with however, in the process I could only installed one back (I can't remove one of the pusher tube).

Fingers crossed, I might be able to put it together today and even pick up a GEN bracelet tomorrow :)

I'll post pictures !

Thanks for your much appreciated help and support!

Is Phong still in the business? Shot him a few emails a while ago but no feedback.
Did you actually receive your orders from Phong?
