Could you put a second hand on the 15202? It looks like there is room on the cp over the minute hand. I like the idea of a thinner case but I want a second hand on my watches

the 42mm is fine as well for small wrist, they are small in general

15202 is a little bit bigger than the 15450 but not big as the 15400 and super thin
