You don't buy from the TDs, you are exposing yourself to QC flaws (yes, it is not perfect but because of the affiliation with the forums, there is at least some level of quality expectation). I hope you can return that to where you buy it from and get a new one with a centered dial (although it's a rather strange concept, did your supplier use a smaller dial?
