126610 LN VSF VS3235 Broken Staff - replacement??

I bought a 126610 LN with the VS3235 movement in it and it stopped working back in February. I took it to local watchmaker and they said that the staff is broken and not able to be repaired. They have had the watch since February and I want it back on my wrist!

I have messaged PureTime (where I bought the watch from) asking about a replacement movement and have received no reply unfortunately.

Question 1: Are there individual replacement parts available for this movement? Or does the movement need to be replaced?
Question 2: Is it even possible to get a replacement VS3235 to swap into the watch that is a direct fit?
Question 3: Are there any other movements (i.e. ETA, Seiko, Sellita movements) that could be inserted into the watch that would be a direct fit without modification of the pins on the back of the dial or having to adhere/glue/epoxy the dial to the movement?

Any assistance is very much appreciated! Thank you!

Pic for Attention: ...missing this on wrist! Please help!

VR3235 will fit, need a new stem since it's a modified 3135.
But what "staff" is broken exactly? It's a 1:1 clone and most gen. parts will work, so it's weird he's claiming it can't be fixed.
I am assuming your watch smith is not willing to work on your watch.

Replacing the balance is relatively simple. The issue is to find a spare/new balance. Could be replaced by a VSF or a gen (gen roughly 600 Euro including bridge).

Unsure which staff exactly and the watch smith didn't indicate. Apparently, the watch smith said that he sourced 2 replacement movements, unsure which ones exactly. Neither of them worked where the dial pins did not align with either of them.

Thank you for taking the time to possibly help me. Do you have any recommendations on where to source a gen movement from?

600 Euro already a gen balance and bridge. Rep VSF Balance and bridge (may be left over from an gen balance swap) may be 50 Euro. Gen movement several thousand bucks - may be at ebay/chrono24.

Sorry, I missed the part about the watch smith not willing to work on the watch. He is willing to work on it but unable to find the replacement parts. So, I am trying to help source the parts for the watch.

PureTime has replied and agreed to allow me to order a VS3235. I will post back once I receive the movement and let the forum know if this worked out and if it was a direct replacement for my watch.

Just wanted to provide an update to the thread for people to reference in the event that they need a new movement. I was able to source a VS3235 movement through PureTime. Took the movement to my local Watch Smith for installation. Perfect fitment and function. Thank you PureTime!

For reference, I emailed PureTime on October 30 inquiring about buying just the movement. They responded 2 days later and provided details on how to purchase. Cost was $200. Purchase completed on Nov. 2. QC pics were sent December 3 and approved same day. Movement was shipped December 5 and delivered in USA on January 4, 2025.

Just for reference, there are a number of 'VR-3235' movements, which appear to be the same as the 'VS3235', listed on ebay beginning around $130. Because ebay purchases come with a guarantee that you will receive what sellers advertise, they provide an additional layer of security if you buy carefully.

But glad to hear that Puretime solved your issue quickly.
