You want Le Mans? QF is the way to go based on my opinion stock. This is based on my taste for the bezel and the dial sunburst being better on QF. Clean is a better overall base and quality but also more expensive. My dream build would ideally be Clean base + QF dial.
Regarding ghost, I agree that Clean is superior in almost every Daytona dial (note I say dial only). And dial color and finishing and printing is stuff only left for watch nerds, most people do not criticize or notice the nuance too heavily on these ones. Clean is almost the most expensive of all factories, so one must evaluate what they want overall. It's a game of choice.
If it's a daily wear - Clean + Deep if you ask me. But maybe like me I have a 40+ watch collection, I'll probably get a cheaper VSF 4801 for fun.
