VSF consistently has thicker/bigger black line compared to gen and cf in all the pics imo....the best combo would be vsf crystal and movement in a cf case with vsf clasp + cf bracelet haha

I used to be like you, chase perfection. But now after 2 years and 50 replicas, buy a VSF, enjoy it, don't worry about such things. There will always be things to be nitpicking about replicas. It is pretty much pointless to nitpick these details, I promise if you buy both VSF and CF and hold them in hand you'll shrug because they pretty much are the same.
This is coming from someone who had handled Clean and VSF 116x and 126x series.

What do you mean by thicker/bigger black line? You mean the metal ring of the hour markers?
These are supposed to be nearly identical, so why wouldn't they? Did you ever get confirmation?
thicker/blacker lines where the SEL meets the lugs. vsf consistently has a thicker lines compared to clean. after getting 4 qcs of vsf and clean 124060, i saw that clean has tighter tolerances

As my older Sub just stopped working, I am looking for a new one. I have the Clean GMT and was leaning towards Clean Factory. I very much appreciate this in depth comparison, especially against a gen. Now I am comfortable considering either Clean or VSF, and will possibly focus on VSF.

I would recommend vsf, the better crystal will make the biggest difference on a day to day basis.
They both have green pip issue… new qc i got for both cf 124060 and vsf 126610lv show the pip not being as milky white like my 2024 vsf hulk, luckily the modder i found on reddit is swapping the pip on my new 126610LN
I, like you, was really focused on the details and differences between the VSF and Clean 124060 models. Based on the recommendations here, I went with the VSF, which arrived a few days ago. The moment I had it in hand, I was blown away by how well it mimics the gen—it truly is a superclone. Everything I was worried about was imperceptible, both in hand and on the wrist. It’s hard to remember how small everything is in real life when you aren’t zooming in on QC pictures to scrutinize the smallest of details.

I recently picked up a VSF 124060. Before purchasing, I read that the bracelet was the biggest biggest let down with the watch. Now I have the watch, I think overall it is incredible, but do feel the bracelet finishing is lacking somewhat. Does anyone know if any TDs that can source bracelets/straps. I'm hoping to get my hands on a ZF, like the one mentioned in this review, if possible.
The bracelet on the VSF 12406 is not a big let down, this is stupid. The difference to the ARF bracelet used by CF is minimal, and while the finishing and tolerances are a tiny bit better on the ARF, the Glidelock is smoother on the VSF. I swapped the VSF for an ARF, and it wasn't really worth the money to be honest.
Not sure about the ZF, but realistically it can't be night and day better.

Bracelet stuff between factories all quality control crapshoot you can get bad batches of both Clean and VSF so everything you hear between both is pointless. Applies to almost every high tier watch.
Thanks for the advice guys. I'm planning on doing a baby oil bath today, so will hopefully feel a bit smoother afterwards. Will definitely take your advice on board though.
Better off using a dry lube, if anything. Baby oil and the like attract grit. And do not use WD40; it's good for many things, but this isn't one of them.Thanks for the advice guys. I take my bracelet off, put it in warm water with dishwashing liquid to soak. Rinse thoroughly afterward and dry. Or use an ultrasonic cleaner for really dirty bracelets. They work at treat. No oil or lube of any kind and they're perfect. I wear them in the shower occasionally, too.

anyone knows about the new xtal on VSF 124060 ? In some new pictures seems a bit lower, really like the gen. Am I the only one who have note it?
