116660 gen case?

This add is up on ebay. Seller claims gen case and bezel with DLC coating. Says bezel pearl was lost. Looks like it was replaced with paste and band looks rep. Claims partial serial number 53RXXXXX. Does this look legit or is it possibly a v7 rep?

That is one of the shittiest looking DSSDs I have ever seen. A "Custom black coating on black ceramic bezel insert with a custom jewel." WTF? That "jewel" looks like it came from the BeDazzler set of a 10 year-old.
