I get all the concerns regarding the gen price.

But considering the gen price, please remind that a 116520
Or 116500 on C24 (the one and only way to get one quickly without waiting on a fake list at a Rolex AD for 2 years) is a 20 to 25+ K EUR watch today, depending on the watch conditions.

So...

Here are some pictures of mine. Maybe my best rep actually...

Just set up a rubber B swimskin on it and I guess it killed the game, bringing her to a level up.

What’s about ?

Gasket under the Noob crystal is too white. In all Noob Daytonas you can see the outline of the crystal too white.

my Noob 116518, up with gen gasket and down stock.
I change in all Noobs Daytona

Yep, gen gasket makes all the difference, i agree:
116519 white dial and grey dial are gen gasket, while the ceramic one has noob gasket, there is a big difference

Alright thanks for the tip. Not strong enough mechanically speaking to conduct such a change so I’ll see.

That definitely makes a change I agree.

Boy, your Daytonas look amazing, wear in good health!!

If i may ask, where did you buy the leather strap. I want to put croc leather in my 116519, hence asking. Thanks!

Thanks man!

The leather strap is a genuine Rolex strap made for the 116519, it was bought in Geneve quite some time ago. I'm pretty sure that if you ask someone like John Cool Straps they can make one very similar to it ;)

So I got my Noob v3 in and mostly love it. However I noticed the gen has these ridges going around the subdials, and unless I'm smoking something bad I don't see it on my Noob. I guess Noob missed out on this characteristic?

Can you take a close up pic at some angle where we can see the light reflect? I'm so confused, most qc pics I've seen of the noob 116519 I cannot possibly make out any ridges on the subdials - looks completely flat. But Mark1937's noob v3 certainly has the ridges. ????

I just bought one of these today, I don't have good pics from the seller but it does have the ridges around the subdials. I'll know for sure when I have it in hand in a few days. ????

Just received mine from a TD and they do have the ridges...BUT they're very, very fine. It really takes a lot of effort (and the right angle of light) to detect them.

Yes I think I can see mine to with the same amount of effort. Is it like that on gen?

Not sure, never seen gen in hand. For what it's worth, I also have the ARF v2 116519 and the ridges are more easily seen..

Does anyone know if this model will be available in V4 anytime soon? Really want to buy this watch, though with V4 releases perhaps need to wait a few weeks/months more?
