Calm down sir, if you want the best response rate go to an AD boutique.
TDs are TD for a lot of reasons and experience with members; I personally bought my first model from her and even messaging was not fast the watch is awesome and extra services worth the wait time. So don't panic yourself nor other members please.

I only buy from Lucy. Yes, it takes 2-3 months between payment and receiving the package in most cases, but you don't have to bother with QC pictures. She is very detailed and inspects everything for you.

As @SubSquared mentioned, Lucy takes lot longer time between payment and delivery.
But in return, she does a flawless QC herself before showing the QC pics to you, gets a basic cleaning service done before shipping (not full movement service, but opening of caseback, air blowing away the dirt and debris and lubrication of whatever is possible)
Between all this, she typically does not reply until she has an update for you.
I am already at 4 watches with her and another couple in talks
So hang tight and relax.
The wait will be mostly worth it.
