Watcheden Dispute update..

I had posted about a watch I received that was very different than images pictured and text description.....

If they had said it was a mistake and make it right I would not be posting this....

Email I just received......
This is after dozens of emails saying the watch is NOT the same and again I have to go thought this again after they said they would refund my total cost of $158 that includes one half of the shipping costs I paid...

Inform you we have received your return watch--item 15091 IWC Ingenieur AMG Working Chronograph Same Chassis As 7750 Version-High Quality , and actually this is the exact watch we have sent you as per your order , it might due to the light that makes it look some different from the pictures. If you really mind , we would like to exchange a different watch with same price for you instead , and you only need to pay us $20 plus as shipping fee .So please let us know your opinion .

That's $70 not $7 difference and they still say its the watch I ordered...


As I said if they said a mistake I would order from them but when they insist on insulting me saying that's what I ordered I will never place another order from them.........

I will say they are honest to a degree......
I sent watch with out being registered as I thought they wanted it sent that way and I had no insurance as I was told not to declare value above $20

So if they said they never received it I had no proof they received it.......

I have ordered over a dozen watches and had three small issues with others so order at your risk...

I would say do not order from the back pages as they are listed in release order...

I bought a Omega AT, back of case is inscribed "Constellation" it should say SeaMaster Aqua-Terra, a stupid flaw thats like buying a Submariner that says DateJust. Their answer, so sorry. I've ordered nothing from them again.

OMG! That is pretty bad! I can't believe they are saying the lighting is different when it is soooooo obvious its the engraving! Sorry to hear this has happened. I have not had that bad of a problem with WE, but find this a bit disconcerting. However, I do think they should be the ones to get you the product that was pictured. After all they do say on every product they have "The Pictures you see are of actually taken at the Studio of WatchEden.com, You will get exactly what you see in our Pictures". I think they should honor that and not be charging you.

I have often wondered the same thing. I know that every dear has had some problems at some point, it seems that WE is having a good bit right now. I have not ever ordered from them, and you can bet I will not.

The light? Do they think their customers are so stupid? What they sent you was an abomination, and the fact that they lied so blatenly defies decency. I never had an issue like this from Trusty Time, but these clowns are more trusted?

I feel sorry for the blunder they committed to your order, clearly "BLIND" behavior with no remorse or any positive action to correct the mistake.

Mods and Admins, how many posts and/or examples does it take before a dealer is labelled as NOT TRUSTED?
