[I will by all means here assume that what rarebear said is true. If it is not, nothing I am going to write applies anymore, fcourse.]
Mate, I dont understand why you arent asking for a full refund or at least to have the case substituted, if u like the watch.
Sorry you got a dinged up watch. It happens more and more these days, really sad IMO.

I wish the factory would be more careful and the dealer should be proactive to make sure these things don't happen. 36 bucks or 360 bucks, it happens to all models and it sucks. Paying freight back and forth is SOP. There are dealers that will photograph your watch before they ship it. Seek out those dealers and maybe you will have better luck.
+++ Agreed, and sry, I will never recommend a dealer that ships a watch which has clearly been stepped on. The fault under the pusher clearly indicates that the watch received a blunt or has been squashed by a pachyderm on that side. I'd send it back straight away for a FULL refund.
I don't mean to start a crusade, but any dealer openly affirming the opposite of truth on his own site is not much more than a junk dealer and a scammer. And Watcheden is not new to that, just search posts about watcheden on this site and you will see. If u browse their website carefully you will laugh your asses off.
If they aren't even checking what they are selling, well thats even worse business, never buy from a guy who doesn't even know what the hell he is selling lol.
Besides customers have full right to complain if they order a replica and get a tortilla omelette. A rep is a watch copied out from another one, not a faulty, damaged piece of junk, "cos they are cheap". Otherwise Swatch watches should be full of defects and they aren't, altho plastic crap, they work perfectly. And I doubt any Swatch is made anywhere but far east, like any other cheap stuff nowadays anyway. Still if u buy a Swatch and it is faulty or malfunctional, regardless the low price, you will return it immediately to have it substituted, or you will ask for full refund. And thats a damn piece of plastic junk.
I think there's a very dangerous tide dealing with quality and overall in transparency, lately. We should all fight it back with firm hand.
I won't take any lies on websites as normal sale-thrusting procedure. Tell me it's an awesome watch and it looks gorgeous and all the normal crap you want. But don't lie on details, or else don't whine if clients more and more file PP complaints or withdraw CC payments and screw you before u can screw them.
And I'll never order a pin from a site selling garbage-dump-collected plastic straps as "genuine hi quality leather" and that crappy watch rarebear got as "same case as 7750 version". Cos that would mean they have no idea what leather is and that they use issued cases on 7750 "swish" (rah rah) movs too.
So anyone that buys anything less than a 7750 should expect a watch with several defect issues with the watch ??????????
If I cant trust the quality of someone selling me a $100 watch I sure as hell will not send them $600 for a higer quality watch.......
I dont expect a $600 watch, I do expect it to have the same quality as a no name $29 watch though... I expect it not be made from parts that should not be in the trash and scrap out.......
You all chat about oh this dial is off color or crown is too wide compared a Gen but when it comes to really quality issues with sellers selling junk the answer is spend more money...... Yeah Right !
I am totally on your side bud, send back that shit, price was very low for a good watch, but insanely hi for the junk u got. With that issue on the case, it's scrap material for garbage dump.
I am really sick of posts going like "what do you expect for that price", when a honorable member of us just showed us how he got punked. Watch costs 50 bucks and you sent 50 bucks, not 35 or 40, right? Dealer would never ship a watch unless you pay
100% of the fukn price.
Why should I accept anything less than what I bought?????
Now rarebear told us what happened to him and showed evidence through pictures. If anybody wants to accuse him to be lying he should say so openly and proove it, but don't defend the undefendable pls, or I will start thinkin you clean somebody's shoes or have an interest somewhere...
I expect and
DEMAND I will get
EXACTLY what the dealer told me I was buying. From a bloody CD to an Aston Martin V8, regardless the price, who I am, how rich or poor I am, the nature of product, fukn weather forecasts and whichever silly excuse anybody may arise. Anything else is considered worldwide a scamming attempt, (never a matter of opinion damit) and
prosecuted legally. And that is true everywhere, in any lost unknown country of this planet. I don't understand why for replicas should be any different. And don't come around telling me that's cos reps are illegit products. Even a fukn coke pusher will have to stick to his word, with the difference that if he tries playing sly he'll be found with a hole between his eyes at the bottom of the nearest ditch, instead of getting a charge back file from PayPal. THAT is the normal world. Affirming that if a seller lies extensively to get rid of his faulty pieces (pieces he would just have to dump or disasseble and sell as scrap parts), he is understandable and more or less on the right side, and if I complain I am an annoying whiner, would be cherishing scamming. How could you then explain to the people who got their websites on scam list, why they are there?
Its' true what u said, bear. If I cannot trust you on a nickel, less can I on a grand.
Send back that rag doll and if he arises any excuses do what you can to be fully refunded and chew his ass.
Good luck rarebear, you have all my support on that issue.
P.S. one more time, sry for a long post, really couldnt help it :blushed:
