Shipment information Recieved but Package has not been handed to shipper

Thank you very much again for giving us the information that we all already know.
The only question that exists is: the package has already been delivered and it is DHL that says that it does not have it yet (the most likely) or is that they have not yet been delivered by the TD to the transport company.

If you already have all this information then why the fuck are you asking stupid questions on the internet ?

The parcel hasn't been delivered.

The shipper (who is not the TD) creates a shipping request, this generates a unique shipping number - your tracking number. The parcel is then handed over to the courier - DHL. The courier holds the parcels whilst waiting for a transporter to transport the parcels - in this case it'll be an airplane. Currently 85% - 90% of flights are cancelled - china was shut down for 2 months, so there's a huge backlog, and most Hong Kong suppliers can no longer ship internationally because there aren't the flights needed to transport the parcels.
All international couriers are overloaded, they have more parcels to ship than there are places on flights, this means everything moves more slowly.

oh I see the problem, the problem of using a Google translator for a Spanish, but if you really are the one in your Avatar photo, you can change "boy" to "bad boy" that maybe you like the most.
I never thought someone was smart enough to put their real photo on , gangsters are very susceptible

DHL has a warehouse explosion. There are not any shipping spaces available for all the packages in their warehouses. That is why lots of packages have not been picked up by DHL. It will take some time to process them all. Possibly will be belayed for 1-2 weeks. so please be patient on this matter. Thank you

Be careful, guys!
My recent experience with puretime shows that if anything (!) goes wrong with the shipping, they will not hold on to their customer service policy and simply want you to wait a long time (in my case 6 months, pre-COVID-19 times!), then they will ask YOU for proof that you have not received the watch and then they will make you pay additional 50% for your watch and again shipping fee for a 2nd try!
