Hey i have a rep submariner and the dial is ruined.
Any idea for what size i should order a new dial in?

I think you need to specify which model and maker you have. The case will determine the dial size. Not the movement.

If the watch has a 2813 movement in it it's most likely a low end inexpensive one. You will be better served to just buy a new one because even if you locate a dial, there's no guarantee that it will fit the case because that all replicas are made to the same dimensions as genuine. Here's a good source for dials

around 29mm should be fine
