This is fairly common on these it would appear. I doubt you will notice it much when you have it on the wrist, just keep an eye on it and make sure it doesn't get worse.

Flag it perhaps with your TD now, so if it does get worse upon wearing you have some come back for a replacement insert perhaps?

I already did send an email on this topic to Puretime but it was too late to change the watch (as it was shipped). I was too nervous/excited as this was my first replica purchase. I should have RL the watch right away, but didn't want to be too picky on this. I'll wait for it, review how "bad" it really is in person and then contact Puretime for possible resolutions. I doubt that I have the required skills (tools) to replace the insert though. I'll take detail shots and ask for advice when it is about time.

Has anyone had their watch come with the small crack under the pearl in the recess?

Yes, I posted a little before, make sure you get close up of the pearl. I’ve seen another qc with exactly same Fault.

I’ve had one with the flaw in had, luckily it wasn’t the watch I accepted in qc so I’ve returned it and I’ve had 2qc with the same flaw.

It’s really hard to see on the wrist but shows up In photos, but you need to get TDs to take a shot of the pearl close up.

This was the watch I returned Monday.

Having looked at my (fairly low quality) QC pics I think mine has the same flaw. Impossible to tell really given the resolution of the picture. I recommend asking for a close-up of the pearl triangle if you order an ARF sub.

Usually that is a weak point, the rest of the insert does not shatter. Still an issue though, especially when installing a crystal or even removing the bezel and popping it back on the wrong way.

My ARF is ready!!!

My watch smith was impressed by the quality of this watch, he couldn’t believe they got so far (or so close to genuine Rolex!).. he found the seconds hand cracked and the crown gasket defective, he fixed everything all around and he oiled the movement which he found impressive as well (in terms of accuracy and performance in general). He fixed the “fast” hour hand and he installed the gen crystal, watch not with me but from the pics I feel the DW is good as the date doesn’t look over magnified as before.. my smith works with genuine Rollie’s and he has a very good depth testing gear which he uses with DeepSea Dwellers as well, he found the construction very good and after changing the crown and crystal gaskets with genuine ones he got same depth rating as the original ones... somewhere close to the 300m, not that I am going to need it of course lolol!!
