i paid for a BCE 5 days ago, have asked for the status/pic/whatever of the order but havent got any reply :( Before that I usually got one in ~1 day :(

I waited about 14 days till mine was sent...

Don't worry... she's probably sold out and trying to get more from the factory.

The good thing about the dealers here is that they're trusted, in other words don't worry, if you were buying from some random site THEN I would worry. :wink:

I´m also waiting for my answer about Corum Admirals Cup...

Let´s see.

Maybe I go next time back to Andrew or Josh, they reply your e-mails really fast.

Disappointed to River also, waiting for answer already 5 days.

How can you really say that you got good service if you get so slow service?

yes, you can order from them and get email response very fast. you will pay more money for the same product and they will not send you a picture of it for your approval before they ship the item to you. if they send you the wrong item you will have to send it back. they pay employee's to answer their emails for them where ruby doesn't. that is one of the reasons she is cheaper, she answerer's about 300 emails everyday. if instant communication is that important to you then you should buy from them.

Ruby is slower, yes

she also hand selects the watch you want, and sends you a photo of the exact watch you have selected

and of course, her prices are normally better..

so, for instand emails and a drop shipped watch?

best going somewhere besides Ruby..

actually this is the 2nd watch i order from her, and my previous experience was quite good/fast, thats why this seems strange to me :?

it is very important for the customer to feel good about who they are sending money to on the other side of the world and what makes a person feel good about it is different for everybody. everybody should deal with the dealer they are most comfortable with. i just wanted everybody to understand that she is answering her emails herself and it is about 300 or so everyday. she doesn't answer everyone of my emails either. if she doesn't answer within 48 hours i resend and she will usually answer. since she hand picks the items herself she spends a large amount of time away from her computer at the factories and markets picking out the best items she can find instead of forwarding your order to somebody else to fill and never see the item. does this mean every item she sends out is perfect? no, everybody can miss a potential problem but at least i get to look at what she is sending so if i see something in the pictures that i don't like, crooked hour marker or something like that it can be handled before it is shipped instead of me having to send it back and forth across the big pond a few times!! lol :lol:
