it is very important for the customer to feel good about who they are sending money to on the other side of the world and what makes a person feel good about it is different for everybody. everybody should deal with the dealer they are most comfortable with. i just wanted everybody to understand that she is answering her emails herself and it is about 300 or so everyday. she doesn't answer everyone of my emails either. if she doesn't answer within 48 hours i resend and she will usually answer. since she hand picks the items herself she spends a large amount of time away from her computer at the factories and markets picking out the best items she can find instead of forwarding your order to somebody else to fill and never see the item. does this mean every item she sends out is perfect? no, everybody can miss a potential problem but at least i get to look at what she is sending so if i see something in the pictures that i don't like, crooked hour marker or something like that it can be handled before it is shipped instead of me having to send it back and forth across the big pond a few times!! lol :lol:
