The reason why i said you shouldn't have accepted the watch is because if you didn't accept it, you could've then made a case against them here. And then they'll probably be warned or put on notice seeing as they are a TD here. By accepting it, you let them off. Clearly they were lazy and just replaced it with a screw from god knows where. Who is to say they won't do something similar again to another buyer in the future? Too late now i guess. Potential buyers in the future just have to be on alert then to whoever this TD is.

In all seriousness though at least OP is being pretty decent about the whole thing. Some people would be on here whining and moaning about it and wanting a full refund and the TD off the list. He just wanted to give us a heads up to be more careful with qc pics and that some TDs have lazy people that work for them. Should he have made a help desk ticket so that the staff here would know which TD it was sure maybe so. Does that mean it would never happen again, that's highly unlikely.
