Automatic movements and manual winding

Do these Asian auto movements have some kind of over-wind protection like in gens? If not, how many times should you manually wind a rep with a 2836 or 3135 movement in general? Asking for a friend of course..ahem.

Yeah all automatics have what is known as a slip bridel in them to prevent overwinding 40 -50 winds by hand should be sufficient
