He means that the base of the hour hand is slimmed to give it a more gen like profile. If you compare gen and rep side by side you can see the rep hour hand has a wider base than the gen.

ACTUALLY P... My gtr beats my Maserati hands down, from 0-100 and 0-200 and 200-300, and the gtr beats my F-16 from 0-100 but from 280-Mach 2 the gtr loses out... Slightly. Lol
