Damn. That's A nice looking watch room. Reminds me of an early mob surgical suite, but for watches.

I did a good clean of most parts yesterday, however didn't take pictures as I was working on multiple projects at the same time. Will do some after pics today :)

Starting to look like it.... Not everything refinished yet- but a lot of parts replaced/cleaned/oiled already.

Got some more progress photo's on my DSLR camera at home, but here's the result:

Anyone an idea on how I managed to get the brushing on the back so perfectly in a circle shape? :lol:

Nope, but my guess would be elbow grease, patience and skills ;)

I would have attached the back to a lathe and lightly applied pressure with the correct sand paper.

Boom!

I pressed the case onto a crystal press die, then attached the die to one of the polishing machine adapters, then using a 220 grit sandpaper I could easily create the straight brushing in the circle shape :)

Btw it is looking good. I love the movement!

It was far from done though- much more was cleaned and refinished.. Will do upload the progress when I get home tonight :) Thanks mate!
