AE is not a dealer, AE is China eBay, 10s of 1000s of dealers over whom we have no control so RWI will not be seen to be (apparently) endorsing a plethora of unknown dealers.
If you want stuff other than watches there are other companies we can talk to over whom we can exert control. That I would consider.
Aliexpress has a dispute system, and in case you get royally f*cked, all it takes it one phone call to your credit card company and everything is reversed no questions asked.
This is why TDs don't like credit cards, because they have no recourse if they get defrauded for hundreds of dollars if you just lie to your cc company and say you didn't your item as advertised. What can they do, file a report with the police saying they got screwed over trying to sell counterfeit goods? On the other hand it creates a headache for us consumers.
If you want some crap cheapo $20 fake why would anyone go to a TD vs ali? It makes sense for cheap stuff and things TDs dont sell
Confusing is attempting to pay with WU online and getting denied because of fraud alerts, and having to find a WU location and fill out forms to make a few hundred dollar payment because some asshole buyers ruined paypal for certain TD's.
This 1000x. God.
I understand why the TDs can't do paypal or CC in some cases, but holy shit is it annoying to do
