AliExpress experiments - Non-watch products

Got some new kicks today. Some Nike Air max 90. I can't link the store as they have disappeared but they cost me $44 all in.

The only downsides are the toe material is a little flimsy and the Nike tick isn't the same width on both shoes, it's not an obvious tell but it's there.

Although they are not 90's , the bottom shoe is a gen for comparison.

How do they fit? Small for their size?

I don't really trust electronics stuff from aliexpress. I bought a few lithium batteries and a circuit board for my drone on aliexpress and they were garbage. Died after like 4 uses.

I Know what you mean. I watch this film maker called Casey Neistat and he got one of them a couple weeks back in his blog. Seems pretty decent and lasted well considering the dude destroyed it. £200 is a big risk though.

Electronics are hit or miss. I picked up a toy helicopter off Ali a while back that still works great. The batteries however crap out almost immediately.

He vouches for the chinese one, and found a price of like $190 on alibaba....

Contacted the store that sells the Holbrooks. She sells three types of quality? 3a 4a and 5a.. Apparently she sells the 3a regularly, but the others have to be asked for. The 4a is 25 and 5a is 40. She said the 5a is as real as they get? I'm intrigued but don't want to spend 40 on rep sunglasses right now.. Especially if the ones I got are great, except the lens.. So I might go with the 4a this next order to see.

Also, I dropped a large chunk of change on Ali.. Bought my lady a rep Celine bag.. 145 with shipping (5-10 day shipping).. I got QC pics and the bag looks phenomenal. Also their are other reviews and the bag looks stunning, so I'll know I'm a couple days what's up with the bag.. Kinda excited/really nervous haha

I couldn't find the $190 version. Only this £200 version. LOVE Casey's videos! SO funny

All whites wouldn't last me a week, but I admire your forward thinking on that!

Fit is ok, maybe a touch smaller but the interior lining seems to be more padded.

The 11 dollar ones came with a box, stickers, warranty card, case and cloth.. But maybe the lens are better? That'd be awesome

I am good unless I mow the lawn in them...I do want to order another color combo but I ordered 9 pairs of sneakers and driving shoes. Gave three away to Charity I did not care for.

Careful about buying memory cards from non reputable places online. They have a nasty tendency to use low-quality memory chips (or even ones that don't pass QC in larger vendors). These can crap out on you when you least expect it, destroying all your photos and memories with them.

Loads of horror stories about fake Sandisk and Lexar cards are online if you google it.

Just don't take the risk for a few bucks worth of savings.

Second whischich comment about memory, ram and flash drives. DO NOT BUY FROM CHINA UNLESS you have special requirement from large qtys or customize product. Bit not worth for 1 unit
