Would the Tudor Black Bay v3 be considered a super rep?

In my opinion - Yes all the way. If You are interested in it, get it, the V3 $298 version. Could go as far as saying if one watch only, this one does it. Imho highly recommended.

Will probably be swaping with the black sub v5 i have. Whats wrong with the crystal on these? Is it just because of the ar, that the gen doesnt have?

Ever since this watch came out, I've wanted it.. And I can afford to buy it Gen.. But since I have been looking into Reps, this is the one watch I told myself I wouldn't buy.. But, it looks so tempting for 298.. Ugh.. The AD by my house keeps sending me emails to go back to buy it.. Sigh.

The quality of this watch is very good and normal price for rep. The watch design is still not suitable for every day - my opinion. For this reason - I buy rep.

I do agree, and it's something I've wanted for awhile.. I will be buying the gen, but OP, the rep looks absolutely phenomenal.. I'd be all over that.

I have tried both the red and the blue at the AD, and I like them both. However, I find the blue one to be more versatile, so if I go for a Black Bay, I will choose the blue one.

The problem is, I also like the Ranger a lot. It really appeals to me when it's on the camo strap. But since I don't think it will be that easy to get hold of that particular camo strap unless I go gen, I guess I will end up with the blue Black Bay rep.

Yes I think im going to pull the trigger on one of these soon and use as a beater, and keep the sub v5 for more important occasions.
