Nice first attempt from a factory pushing the ceramic Diver to higher levels of reproduction.
If the movement factory used a different movement than the A2824, they might be able to make the "faux" bridges into "true" bridges, like they did with the P2002 on the PAM 346 LE. This would reduce movement width, and avoid the visual oddities: 1.) an A2824 balance cock sticking out under the faux balance plate, 2.) a crown wheel 115 degrees rotated away from crown, 3.) non-centered obviously unused jewels, 4.) jewels that stick out over the edge of the plate, etc. etc.
But do not let that deter you from buying.

Totally agreed paitence is virtue... but i already waited freaking 1+ year and 4 versions of AP Ceramic diver...
from the 1st DLC Ceramic diver with closd caseback.
Until j12 with Miyota movt.
Now Noob's full ceramic with proper AP Caliber !
Enough of waiting, i say just buy it if u like it !

I wonder why nobody is bothered by the that awful waffle pattern on the dial of the ceramic diver?
The gen is matte,has sharp edges and no swirls. Its pretty different from the SS or CF diver.

Noob at least removed the swirls, but still has a shiny finish and round edges. JF Version even have the swirls.

Im still thinking about my first AP and really considered this one over the SS Diver, but i really dont like the pattern.

The discussion is about the dial on Ceramic Diver, not SS diver. Check the picture you posted...

Here is a picture of the Noob Version, grabbed it from RG.

I think on this picture it looks even worse than it really is, at least compared to the TDs website photos.

But you get the point.
