There really is a "dumb" question. Here is my Vote.

I can't stand it anymore. I've often believed that there are no "dumb" questions. But, after reading the general forum here for the past six months I've changed my mind.

Every week a Noob member ask the same question: Is this (insert scam website here) a good source for Rep's.

Doesn't anyone read the FAQ or search this site for the same question?

Or am I overreacting?:frusty:

Come to the chatbox and watch it play out in real time at least 37 times a week...

hahaha it's epic!

Just opened Tag Carrera link and here's what it says:

Please don't be fooled by low quality Tag Heuer Carrera ETA 7750 Replica made from countries with cheap watch movement workmanship such as Thailand! All our replica watches have alike look and feel of the original product.
All of our watches are best swiss watches, all of them are swiss genuine ETA 2836, 2892, 7750, 2824 movement, we never use cheap asian fake ETA movement

Correction I just opened that one lol. And jafo that's a very specific number.

It's actually on the low side... But that's not even my favorite question. My favorite always starts out something like "I have 600 dollars to spend". You can see the train wreck coming and no matter how you try to help the guy you just know he's gonna f*ck it up lol.

It's too bad there is not a way to block new postings UNTIL the threads about how business here is conducted are read.

So I have $600 to spend and I'm looking for a buttplug that is as close to the genuine as possible I heard of these Frankenstein buttplugs but I don't want to make them can you tell me what dealer has the best buttplug in rep world with Swiss parts. Thanks for your expert opinions.

But if this was implemented then the number of entertaining threads would be so small.

Not a bad idea, maybe something like a check box like some sites use where you agree to the terms of use.

Except this check box would be next to the statement: You agree not to ask if (again insert scam dealer website) is any good.

Good idea there I think. And something to state that any detrimental conduct (not the asking questions bit) would be shared with other fora for their information and possible responses to that conduct.

How about: "I'm going to location X. Are there any good reps there?"

the genre of threads which are bashing noob threads are mostly as silly, pointless and often initialted by members who have freshly achieved the feeling of being one grade after noobhood..... just saying.

I do agree tho'-If I did by my own free will click thousands of those silly threads, I would get tired of it too.....luckily, I have a rare talent for sniffing out the topic from the thread title, making me able to avoid 'em....;)
