Hi, Gang!
I've been trying to up upload this video of the watch I just purchased from Stan @ WBK: the new Rolex 50th Anniversary Daytona rep. It houses the new Seiko VK movement, a quartz/mechanical hybrid that allows the main chronograph seconds to have a fairly smooth sweep -- like the A 7750. The smaller seconds hand in the subdial @ 6 still ticks, of course; but that hand is so small it'd be hard to see unless someone takes a very close view of it. When you push the RESET pusher, the seconds hand immediately snaps back to "0." I also recorded that but it didn't transfer. Anyway, (hopefully), here's the video. Let me know what you think: and a BIG THANK YOU to Stan @ WBK for introducing this to me; it's about as close to an A7750 that I'm willing to take. dave: Also, you might have to click on the picture to get the video to work. it's what I had to do when previewing this.
