avatar gone forum wont work with phone browser anymore

since we have a new forum i have lost my avatar ,and there seems to be no opition to upload one.also the forum wont work with my phone anymore whats going on

click on private messages from there the option to edit avatar is available. I was able to do it today after extensive searching around
