Thanks, think I will get this watch and replace strap with alligator skin strap from the watch boys for $115.

I was going to buy a Cartier Santos 100 until I seen this watch, its stunning.

Short 110/70mm
Regular 115/75mm
Long 125/85mm

Does it really matters?

Of course it does. What size is your wrist? >7" needs a long strap.

Unfortunately I don't have a chance to look at a Gen in real, however some pictures show the sec and min hands are crooked or bent

If you take a closer look, you'll realise why. The bent on shiny hands would make the reflection at the similar angle and length as the markers on dial, so you'll see the bent tip shines, like a marker floating. That makes more 3D face IMHO..

Not sure if I described it clear but I believe it's a Gen design.

The 3777 has the sec hand crooked as well, I reckon IWC uses this as a "feature" in some of their models. I'm no expert, but no worries guys, this IS a super rep

yes, its bent and it is the feature IWC has to reduce paralax.
