when will someone make a gen construction sub c rant

I think one of the reasons they will never be a popular rep is the lack of gen parts available to mod. I have a sub-c on its way to me and have been looking at ways to franken it but there is nothing to be found. I can buy gen parts for 16610 all day long. :wyliehelp:

i saw a gen ceramic insert on the bay last week,i didn't mention it as it was for the tt ceramic sub,300 pound it was,and nobody seems to want them,also london boy has gen ar crystals for sale all the time for 145pounds,gen crown fits on rep ceramic sub after mods.so then need gen dial and hands but they wont fit ,so yukki is needed.but i still am hoping one day soon we will get a true super rep of sub c lv and ln

The noob V2 sub-C is very close to being a super rep. Now they have nailed the pearl, the hand set, the case set and the bracelet. All they need to finish up is getting a better AR cyclops on the crystal and a new ceramic insert. I believe Angus said over on RG that a new insert could be a month or two away from being ready.

This would be great. Especially the insert for no date.

I've heard that two months ago...So I don't think we're going to see an updated insert soon.

gen fits the v2 really well.there is a fella on rg who has an epic build.gen dial gen crystal,gen hands, gen insert,gen dwo ,yukki movement. cant link to his build thread but have a search over there bro,i subscribeed to it good shit

Seriously, you're "ranting" because someone hasn't started his search for the exact fake product you want? How about being grateful that reps are as good as they are? How about trying to contribute to these communities by experimenting or sharing knowledge so that better watches can be built?

Lol. Yeah I know.

I was just trying to pull live1's leg. I think with the sub c and daytona gen is the only way. Even if the movement didn't die all the time on the daytona it is just the wrong size.

Should have bought Mitch's one with the gen bezel.

The Rolex Submariner was originally built as tool watches and should have stayed that way. They're not intended to be bling on the wrists of rappers and other ostentatious wannabes with bad taste.
