I love that guys are more humble on the Paneristi, Timezone and Rolex forums.. Places where members easily could be elitests. I recently bought my first new Panerai and while it was a modest base 000, I started spending time on Paneristi...I saw no belittling, obnoxious posts. No immature dickheads (not making a comparison, but if you feel insulted then the shoe fits), no whiny arrogant attitudes.

Honestly with the watch being sterile, the op may have been allowed to make it with the pics of the movement pretty much proving that the watch wasn't really meant to be sold as a scam. Sub and I would probably agree to disagree on this, but it would be subject to judgement of the admin and mods here in the end anyway. Considering the blatant name calling and bad attitude in general I believe this has now entered into the realm of a mute point and see no advantages for the powers that be to let this op continue very much longer.....so OP I will say to you in advance It's not been a pleasure to know you and I'm pretty certain I'll not be seeing you again pretty soon...

Quite. There are times for a good stompin' but this was not one of them. It may have looked that way at first (although even then I have my doubts, it is an homage and the guy has every right to sell it for whatever he thinks is fair) but it quickly became evident that was not the case. This is what happens when we assume before the facts are known.

There's no way to know his real intent, however we do know he did Not try to sell his rep here or on the other boards (which would be the place to sell such a watch), he went right to Ebay with a lie, basically trying to sell a unbranded rep, also none of us can know what he would actually send the buyer but we do know he lied.

We also know he accuses strodda of selling him a shitty rep and goes onto say he didn't complain or post about it (I don't believe that for a second), I think the watch strodda sold him was probably just fine and that's why he didn't complain. Either way you look at things the guy lied and can't be trusted, its very simple.
