Solution for small wrist people

Hi, watch freaks disciple
its a great opportunity to be here and share some tips
since a lot people suffering in getting the watch they want but afraid the wrist
is not big enough to be appealing.
in the other word, it will suck the f*ck up.

back then my wrist is only 6.5", and now its 6.7"
I know there is no research in particular way to make ur wrist bigger
however, im gonna tell you what i do to get mine.

The key is to do forearm exercise such as :
1. Wrist curl
2. Side wrist curl
3. Reverse wrist curl
4. Modified reverse bicep curl, grap the bar/dumbell with thumb on top of it.

Pick up medium weight, do high reps between 12-18reps, 4set each exercise.
depending on each body conditional, i can do this exercise everyday
without any issues, some ppl can some ppl cant.

Do the exercise until ur grip tap off on the last set of exercise
by either u can increase the weight, increase the set, or shorten the rest time
or combination of it.
I find it a best feeling when on the last set of the exercise, ur grip is weak
and shaking even just holding a bottle to drink.


and also about 3weeks ago i learn some kungfu technique to hardening
the bone from a friend.

pretty much smthg like that and i do it every 3days, it damn hurt at 1st.

Now my wrist size is 6.7" with 10.7" swollen forearm and getting better.
With proper exercise, nutrition, determination and time there will be result.
Lastly, muscular strong lean arm and forearm with combination of great super rep will not only appealing, but it will increase self-esteem too

Eat more does not mean you are gonna get bigger, my friend
u have to know how many calories surplus u need to put in to gain muscle.
Simply eat whatever will just make u fat since ur body doesnt need so much calories,
and end up stored as fat in some particular part of body, some ppl fat stored on cheek, hands,legs but like you say its on ur tummy.
everybodys different

its mostly tendons around the wrist... but by all means try the workout, it could help... the muscles around wrist is attached to the thumb and index finger... so try grip exercises and extending the hand from a fist exercises as well...

My best concern is not on the wrist, its on the forearm.
Theres no way ur forearm gonna get swollen without something happen on wrist area.
By all means, this is not how to make a bigger wrist but how to enhance that small wrist to look better, and slightly improve with combination of super rep
its worth to be gaze at

Just do what I do, be bold, wear a bigass watch and Eff what anybody else thinks...

I thought u were giving instructions on how to make your wrist larger, so medically doing any exercises that deal with the extension of your fingers may aid in a larger wrist because the muscles required for extending/opening your fingers are located in the wrist region.

Unfortunately for me, these muscles are further behind my wrist... One way to tell if these extension exercises will work is to move your thumb outwards and try to feel where the muscle is on ur forearm... I know for me the chances of my wrist getting bigger is slim to none, unless I gain weight :(

I had a 60mm EGI vintage built...took me awhile to get used to it, but every now and then I sport that bad boy...get a few looks...but like I said...

There was a Cajun chef named Justin Wilson...people used to ask him what kind of wine you should drink with certain foods.

His response..."What kind of wine should you drink?, drink the kind you like!"

Very true. If you can pull it off in your mind, you can pull it off in public. And i think i have seen pics of your EGI 60mm wristie. I think i have if i am not making a mistake.

There are also a lot of cute girls watches you could wear... look up Burberry and Chanel... maybe a ladies datejust or a ladymatic...

Just a thought.

You have better chances of increasing your wrist size by gaining fat tissue than muscle, not much muscle in that area. You were lucky you gained 0.2 inch, some won't even gain that. I for example gained a few inches of arm muscle and less than 0.1 on my wrist, and yes, I do a lot of exercises that put a lot of stress on my wrist but all the gains are above the watch strap sitting area.
