I'm very sorry,five years ago We lost our cat ( Samy); She was 22 years old.

And just now We got another cat ( Luna) but I will never forget Samy.......................................

Funny, she normally wakes me up at 0400 by walking around on the bed, purring. Oddly, perhaps to some, I will miss that now.


This was probably not the right place to post of her passing. This thread should be for celebrating living pets, I suppose.

Hey Tom, as you know from talking with Lynette, we lost one our "kids" too. There time is so short with us and all their traits, well, they ghost us for a while.

I think that should be celebrated as well. It's what endears them to us, in life and their passing. It's what makes them "beloved"... It's why Gracie should be in this thread.

Sorry to hear TB. That is without a doubt the hardest thing about having a pet. Condolences to you, I'm sure you will miss her.

Girl is a runaway dog. Once me, and my son came back home, and she was sitting at the porch. She was about 1,5 y/old. Why she chose my house - no idea. When my girlfriend came into my life - Girl chose her as an object of unconditional love, and I became #2. I never complained. She is our world for 4 years.

Beautiful pets guys.
We have several pets. It's kind of a zoo around here actually.
We have a 5 year old boxer named Buster
A one and a half year old Rottweiler named Tyson.
4 desert lynx cats
A bobcat named Benji
A muntjac deer named Athena.

Benji and Buster. I don't know what Benji was doing, but he's always making weird faces when I take pics.

THis was when Benji was still young. This is how it is every night at dinner time still to this day. He has to be with us 24/7. I know,......gross, cat on the table. Heard it a thousand times.........You try telling a bobcat to get off the table. lol. Bobcats do what they want. when they want.

This was the last pet we I had. Poor thing started off with my niece who moved to EU so my brother gives it to my kids. Well my kids are busy so he wound up here with me. I'm not into cutesy names so he was branded "pig" and sometimes "the pig" or "mister pig".

It was pretty much him and I here for a while so the wife brands him "daddy's pig". He passed away last year but, while I'm not a pet guy, he was okay to have around. Fairly interactive and would respond to my tone of voice. Loved hay...
